Bill
Ryan is president and founder of SIERRA SAGE GOLF
CONSULTING, LLC, a Scottsdale, Arizona based international
private country club and golf resort consulting firm. He has more than
25 years of experience in the golf industry with a significant track
record managing the diverse elements of creating and running successful
enterprises. Ryan was previously Regional Director of operations for
American Golf Country Clubs, with responsibility for more than 1,600
co workers and 8,500 club members. He was one of five internal executives
instrumental in creating and forming the Privates division of American
Golf Corporation. He served as the company's internal entrepreneur
and operations expert, overseeing entire regions as well as led in
the acquisition, integration, and management of numerous premier properties.

started his club career at the prestigious Los Angeles Country Club. He has worked
his way through the ranks of all departments and disciplines within the club environment,
with more than 9 years of hands on General Manager experience." Featured
twice in Golf Management magazine as cover story subject and in two
company brochures for industry profiling. Ryan has personally supervised numerous
major clubhouse and golf course construction projects and has coordinated, participated
and conducted many major professional golf tournaments including the Bob Hope
Desert Classic , AT&T Seniors PGA tour, LPGA Los Angeles Open and the LPGA
Mitsubishi Pro Tour.

and operator of Sierra Sage Golf Consultants, Ryan now offers the golf community
